ANTONELLA VILLA / BIOGRAPHY

Antonella's passion is to help people fulfill their goals. Whether it is selling a home at a top price  or finding the home of their dreams within their budget, Antonella will work tirelessly on behalf of the client.  Throughout her career, she built skills that will benefit her clients: assertive leadership, drive to get things done, creative problem-solving and negotiation and collaboration.  Antonella is a resourceful person who will go out of her way to make sure the client's experience exceeds their expectations. Antonella takes a consultative approach to working with her clients. For sellers, she creates a marketing strategy to target the right buyers and maximize exposure. 

As a graduate of NY's Fashion Institute of Technology, Antonella has a keen sense for interior design and will help a seller ensure their home is presented in the best way possible. For buyers, Antonella works hard to thoroughly understand her buyers' needs, enabling her to find them the perfect home. She understands that selling or buying a home is a major financial and life decision and she will be with her clients every step of the way.  Antonella has been a lifelong resident of Queens, New York and has intimate knowledge of the area. Before transitioning to Real Estate, Antonella was the owner of a successful business for almost 20 years, giving her extensive  experience in creating business plans and managing financial returns.  As a longtime Co-Op Board Member Antonella has the experience, personality and inside knowledge of the purchasing and board approval process for any and all Co-Op buyers and sellers.

DIANE PENROD / BIOGRAPHY

With forty years of experience in Queens real estate, Diane has a winning advantage in the process of buying and selling properties. She has a personal understanding of local communities to better serve our clients as a Buyer Specialist. Having a deep knowledge of the local market gives her an edge in negotiations.


Diane has a background in fashion and design and graduated from a fashion and design institute in Dallas, TX.  Majoring in home design gives her a unique perspective on how to stage and present homes, which can make all the difference in attracting potential buyers.


She also has a degree in Education from QCC, where she discovered a talent for writing.  That combined with her attention to detail bring an invaluable advantage of presenting homes, property descriptions and marketing which help properties stand out in a crowded market.


In the ever-changing world of real estate, it's essential to be flexible and adaptable to new situations. Diane contributes to the success of Team Villa and helps to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

 

PETER SORISI / BIOGRAPHY

Peter went into real estate because he enjoys helping people. As an NYC actor and performer he is used to being around all kinds of people and can adapt well to any situation. 

As someone who enjoys to entertain people, he also enjoys helping people and working in real estate gives him the opportunity to help people achieving the ultimate goal of home ownership.  His clients and their satisfaction are his top priority. He looks forward to utilizing his expertise and resourcefulness to your benefit.

As the administrative backbone and Inside Sales Assistant to Team Villa, Jim is a crucial player in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, Jim is responsible for managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and coordinating marketing efforts.


He is a highly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.  Working closely with clients and vendors to ensure that all aspects of the real estate transaction process are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.  He is an integral part of Team Villa, providing the support and expertise needed to help our team succeed and our clients achieve their real estate goals.
